Bolivar TX GLOW

Bolivar Point, Texas
Harbour Lights #422

Once considered the 'most important lighthouse west of the Mississippi', Bolivar Light, with its black iron casement, was active from 1873 until 1933. In 1900, and again in 1915, the sturdy tower served as a refuge for victims escaping dangerous hurricanes..
